Cancellation Policy
The Lazy Otter SUP Rentals - Cancellation & No-Show Policy At The Lazy Otter, we want to make sure everyone has a fair chance to enjoy the water! To keep things running smoothly for all our paddlers, we have the following policy: Cancellation Policy: We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means: Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled rental start time. Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled rental or do not show up for your reservation, your payment will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this 24-hour window, regardless of the reason (including weather conditions, unless determined unsafe by The Lazy Otter – see below). Important Notes Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather conditions that make paddling unsafe (as determined by The Lazy Otter), we reserve the right to cancel your rental. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your rental for a later date, subject to availability. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It helps us ensure that our equipment is available for everyone!
