The North End of Wallowa Lake is your ideal starting point! Just a super quick 4-minute drive from our pick-up/drop-off spot next to Stein Distillery, this is where all our brave beginners shine.

 

You'll find a nice rocky beach and a handy dock, plus plenty of parking for a fantastic family hangout.

 

As you launch, get ready for iconic views looking south towards the incredible Eagle Cap Wilderness – truly breathtaking!

Head to the South Side of Wallowa Lake – the "Head of the Lake." This spot puts you just a short walk from countless mountain trailheads, the state campground, and the famous "Swiss Alps area."

 

It's another fantastic place for family fun, offering a fresh, incredible perspective of the towering mountains. Plus, you'll find a local disc golf course, a marina, great parking, and tons of quiet spots to launch from!

 

All just an easy 8-minute drive from our pick-up/drop-off location by Stein Distillery. Get ready to explore!

Seeking a tranquil escape? The East Side of Wallowa Lake, right along the main highway connecting the north and south, offers peaceful waters for a truly quiet float.

 

While parking spots are available right by the road, extreme caution is encouraged due to close proximity to the highway.

 

This serene stretch is highly recommended for our more experienced SUPers looking for an easy, undisturbed paddle. Find your calm on the East Side!
